Can we see the aircraft before we book?
Yes. Visit the hangar at Rivergate by appointment, or ask your advisor for a cabin walkthrough on video.
How is a journey priced?
By aircraft and flying time, with ground services listed separately. You receive one quote, with nothing added at the airport.
Can the itinerary change once we are away?
Of course. Your advisor stays with the journey. Extend a stay, add a stop or bring departure forward with one message.
A few practical details.
Do you fly at night?
Yes, at most of our airfields. Some smaller strips close at dusk; your advisor will say so when suggesting a route.
Is there a membership?
Auralis Circle members hold flight hours in advance and receive priority on peak dates. Ask an advisor for the current terms.
What about weather?
Your captain makes the final call. If a departure has to move, we tell you as early as possible and rebook without charge.

How far ahead should we book?
Most journeys are confirmed within a day. For peak weekends and long-haul routes, a week gives us the widest choice of aircraft and crew.
How much luggage can we bring?
Far more than a scheduled flight. As a guide, the Auralis Light carries six cases comfortably; the Signature takes twelve plus sports equipment.
Can our dog travel with us?
Yes, in the cabin with you. Tell your advisor when booking so the crew can prepare and any paperwork for the destination is in order.
Who arranges catering?
We do. Share preferences and allergies once; every flight after that is catered accordingly, from a light breakfast to a full dinner service.
Which airports can we use?
Any airfield the aircraft can land at, which is many more than the airline map. Your advisor will suggest the one closest to where you are actually going.
