Yes. Most foods have a sample pouch for $2, refunded against the first full bag. Add it from the product page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, bank transfer and the usual mobile wallets. Refill orders are charged the day they ship, never before.
Can I change a refill order?
Any time up to the day before it ships. Swap the flavour, change the size or move the date from the reminder text or your account.

My pet is new. Where should I start?
The care guide has a first-week list for puppies, kittens and rescues. Or write to our vets with the breed and age and they will suggest a starter box.
Do you sell prescription diets?
Not on the site. If your vet has prescribed a diet, send us the prescription and we will source it at the same price and add it to your refills.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
One, on Harbor Street in Rivergate, open seven days. Bring them along; there is a water bowl by the door and a scale in the back if you need a weight.

Do you deliver to flats and offices?
