Can I try a pair before buying?
Yes. Book a fitting at the Rivergate store, or order two sizes online and send one back free within 60 days.
Which payment methods do you take?
All major cards, bank transfer and the usual mobile wallets. Split payments are available on orders over $100.
Do you ship internationally?
To most countries, in four to six working days. Duties are calculated at checkout so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
A few practical details.
How should I clean them?
Knit uppers: cold water and a soft brush. Leather: a damp cloth and a little conditioner. Never a tumble dryer; the glue-free build does not need it, but the laces will thank you.
Can I change an order after placing it?
Within an hour, yes, from your order page. After that the pair is already packed, so use the free return instead.
Do you offer student or club pricing?
Running clubs and school teams get 15% off orders of ten pairs or more. Write to the store team with your club name.

How do I find my size?
Stand on a sheet of paper, mark your longest toe and heel, and measure the distance. The size guide converts that number for every model, including the wide fits.
Do the models run wide or narrow?
Pace One and Air Tempo are regular width. Court Shift runs slightly wide across the forefoot; Trail Form is narrower at the heel for stability.
How fast is delivery?
Two working days to most addresses, next day if you order before noon. Store collection is free and ready in two hours.
What is the return policy?
60 days, free, no questions. Wear them indoors as much as you like. Once they have been outside, we can still resole or repair them for a fee.
Can I get a pair resoled?
Yes. Every model is stitched so it can be resoled. Book the service from your order page; it takes about two weeks, including return delivery.
